Today is Tuesday – so where in the world will the Minister be?

If they are not hard at work in their Beehive offices, our Ministers will be busy with engagements here and there around the country – or engaged in very important business overseas.

Sometimes we learn where they have been and what they were doing after they return home.

International Ministerial Conference on Veterans’ Issues agrees to joint Statement of Intent

Coinciding with the opening of the Invictus Games, Minister for Veterans Ron Mark met with his counterparts, or their representatives, from Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States at an International Ministerial Conference on Veterans’ Issues at the Australian National Maritime Museum in Sydney on 20 and 21 October 2018.

During the meeting a Statement of Intent was agreed upon.  The Statement recognises the benefits of our nations working together for our veterans.
